This is not entirely true, because:
0. This senctence was used by Cato MAJOR in the senat.
1. Carthago is used in the 4 derrivative (accusative), ie
I want you (sic!) to be destroyed, ie Carthaginem.
2. delendam is Gerundivum II, femininum, because all cities
   were fenininim.

Applying this to MS, the question is whether MS is femininum
or masculinum. Even though Bill Gates seems to be masculinum,
"software" in german is femininum, therefore "delendam". Hence,
since MS ends with a consonant, the consonantic declination
has to be used, ie,

		singular	plural (not possible, because
					no concurrents are tolerated)

nominativum	Microsoft	Microsoftes
genetivum	Microsoftis	Microsoftium
dativum Microsofti	Microsoftibus
accusativum	Microsoftem	Microsoftes
vocativum	Microsoft	Microsoftes
ablativum	Microsofte	Microsoftibus

Additionally, I use MIRCOSOFT instead of MICROSOFT, because...

Therefore: Ceterum censeo MIRCOSOFTem esse delendam.
