[rtl] How the scheduler works ?

I'm interested in getting information about
the scheduler of rtlinux ?

- How it computes time ?, Which resolution does it have ?
(which timers does it use ?)

- Does anyone have any idea of the scheduler's WCET ?

- Is there any documentation about all this stuff ?
