[rtl] Updated RT examples

Hi everyone,

I have uploaded a new version of the rtl/rtai examples which can be
found at 
http://www.realtimelinux.org/CRAN/examples/.  

This now includes a fifo example, and a preemption test example (RTL V2
or RTAI 0.7).  See the attached README for details.
