[rtl] CAN-driver

I made a driver for the c200 can-chip.
It is made with the RTL 2.0 pre 3, based on pthreads
and fifos.

If somebody is interested in it, please let me know. I
will release it under the GPL. Because I don't have a web-server in
background, is there a server I should put it on?
