[rtl] RTAI_RTL new fifos.

Hi,

When I posted the announcement related to the subject I forgot to tell
that most of, if not all, the merit for a prompt release of the RTAI-RTL
portable new fifos is due to Steve Papacharalambous
(stevep@zentropix.com). I just hinted a few defines, Steve did all the
real work.
