[rtl] Manual for RTL 2.0




Jochen,

Manual is perhaps the single most important thing for
newbies to get started, after the code itself, of couse :) .
Looks like those who know things pretty well, don't
always have time for updating manuals :( . I personally
would like to contribute, but I can't do it alone - I myself
would actually read one ;) . So if a RTL novice could
be useful, you can count on me.
