[rtl] 1.5 msec lost every 258 msec

I have a periodic rtlinux task ( I have tried different cycles times from 
50 microseconds to 1 millisecond ) but it always seems that there is a period of 
time lasting about 1.5 milliseconds and ocurring every 258 milliseconds where 
the rtlinux task doesn't get to run, after this period it gets  run several 
times with no delay between each cycle.

The measurement example also shows maximums around 1.5 milliseconds and minimums 
of -1 millisecond.



Is there anything that can be done about this?
