I was wrong that the patent license violates the GPL. That has no 
bearing on whether or not it is an attempt to short-circuit RTAI. It 
probably is an attempt to make sure that RTAI is restricted to free 
systems, so that RTLinux can collect all revenues from commercial 
systems. But my complaint was that I thought the GPL was violated, and 
that is not true.
