shown interest for this question to be answered I submit it to you again,
please answer by YES or NO:

Are you, or the license or both, suggesting that anyone who builds
proprietary closed-source "real-time" modules based on an unmodified
and therefore LGPL RTAI will have to pay FSMLabs?
